               At Asfurix, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to deliver the correct products to all our customers who shop from our web store. If you encounter any issues with the products you have purchased, please contact us at support@asfurix.com or use the support request form on our website. Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

               Custom-Made Products

               Many of the products on our site are custom-made (Print on Demand) and shipped to the customer after an order is placed. This approach helps us prevent excess or unused inventory from going to waste. Therefore, these types of products are exempt from our standard return/exchange policy. We cannot accept returns for these orders due to buyer’s remorse. Please check the product description to determine if this exemption applies to the product you have purchased.

               Non-Returnable Products

               Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.

               Return Conditions

               All claims related to incorrectly printed/damaged/defective products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims made after this period will not be considered. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Returned items must be tagged and in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

               To initiate a return, please send an email to support@asfurix.com or fill out the support request form on our website. Please specify your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

               Exchange

               For custom-made products, we can make an exchange if the product is faulty, incorrect, or damaged. In this case, please send an email to support@asfurix.com or use the support request form on our website to explain the situation. To initiate an exchange, the products must be tagged and in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

               Returns and Exchange Shipments

Custom-made (Print on Demand) products are generally not accepted for return or exchange. However, if the product is incorrectly printed, damaged, or defective, and your claim for return/exchange is approved, in this case, we will cover the shipping cost.
